Common use of Alcohol Use Clause in Contracts

Alcohol Use. The parish does not hold a liquor license. Therefore, no event being held in the facilities may serve any alcoholic beverages, whether free or for a charge. Possession of alcohol on the premises is strictly forbidden, and failure to follow this requirement will result in immediate termination of the agreement and forfeiture of any deposit.
