Common use of Alcohol Test Results Clause in Contracts

Alcohol Test Results. Laboratory or collection site personnel will report the test results to the Sheriff or his/her designee and the County Human Resources Director. If the confirmation test meets or exceeds 0.02 g/210 ml, the laboratory or collection site personnel shall report to the Sheriff, or his or her designee and the County Human Resources Director that the employee tested positive for alcohol. If the test result is below 0.02 g/210 ml, the laboratory or collection site personnel will report to the Sheriff or his or her designee and the County Human Resources Director that the employee tested negative for alcohol.
