Common use of Alcohol Test Results Clause in Contracts

Alcohol Test Results. Laboratory or collection site personnel will report the test results to the County’s Human Resources Manager, or his/her designee. The Human Resources Manager will promptly advise the appropriate Department Head of these test results. If the confirmation test meets or exceeds 0.02 g/210 ml expired air, the laboratory or collection site personnel shall report to the Human Resources Manager that the employee tested positive for alcohol. If the test result is below 0.02 g/210 ml expired air, the laboratory or collection site personnel will report to the Human Resources Manager that the employee tested negative for alcohol.
