Alcohol Policy. Passengers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol aboard the Vessel. Xxxxxxx reserves the right to refuse to serve anyone (a) who in its sole judgment may be under the influence of alcohol; or (b) for any reason necessary in Carrier’s or the Captain’s or other officer’s judgment to preserve the health and safety of Passengers and employees.
