Alcohol Policy. Residents are required to abide by all New York State and New York University regulations regarding the use of alcohol. In residence halls, persons under the age of 21 may not be in the presence of alcohol or alcoholic beverage containers. Students (including residents and non- residential students), and guests who are of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older) may possess and consume alcoholic beverages (referred herein “alcohol”) within NYU residence halls in accordance with the following:

If alcohol is served, CLIENT must use a caterer licensed by the Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC). In addition, those who attend the event at which alcohol is served must remain on USI/HNH owned property during the event. Security is required for events at which alcohol is served and will be provided by USI/HNH at fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour with a four (4) hour minimum charge. The abuse of alcohol will not be tolerated. (Refer to #8 under “Additional Terms and Conditions”.)

Seating: USI/HNH has available metal folding chairs and 6’ tables. USI/HNH does not supply any other kind of seating. Caterers may provide tables and chairs but may not deliver prior to their CLIENT’s contracted rental time. Catering items must be removed by 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
Alcohol Policy. All residents must abide by the alcohol policies outlined in the Student Rights & Responsibilities Handbook.
Alcohol Policy. The University Foundation desires to call the attention of all residents to the following statement from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act: "Every person who sells, furnishes, gives or causes to be sold, furnished or g\ iven away, any alcoholic beverage to any person under the age of 21 years is guilty of a misdemeanor." (Business and Professions Code 25658) Alcoholic beverages are not to be consumed in common areas except with permission of Director. Any party held in a common area must be registered and approved.
Alcohol Policy. (Initial) ● The El Dorado City Commission promotes the use of the Civic Center for any and all events. ● The City Manager or his designee must approve all events at which alcoholic or malt beverages will be served. The City Manager or his designee has the authority to make special regulations for any such event, which may be more restrictive than those included in the original contract. ● Any caterer charging a fee for alcoholic or malt beverages must be licensed with the State of Kansas and approved by the City Manager or his designee. ● The lessee will be responsible for providing adequate supervision for the dispensing and serving of alcoholic beverages to guests attending the event. ● All guests attending an event serving alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age except:
Alcohol Policy. In accordance with the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx College Alcohol Policy, ARTIST(S) and retinue covenant not to consume alcoholic beverages or illegal substances on campus. NO SMOKING POLICY. It is further agreed that none of the aforesaid shall smoke in College buildings. It is an expressed condition of this contract that if any of the foregoing policies are violated by the musicians, performers, or anyone connected with the act, that up to 100% of fees due for the performance shall be forfeited as liquidated damage for the violation of these policies.
Alcohol Policy. Passengers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol aboard the Vessel. Xxxxxxx reserves the right to refuse to serve anyone (a) who in its sole judgment may be under the influence of alcohol; or (b) for any reason necessary in Carrier’s or the Captain’s or other officer’s judgment to preserve the health and safety of Passengers and employees.
Alcohol Policy. The campground is not liable for any incident, injury including death, or property damage relating to the consumption of alcohol (liquor/beer/wine) at the campground. All alcohol (liquor/beer/wine) must not be left unattended, nor left out on tables. All alcohol (liquor/beer/wine) must be placed in a camper or locked vehicles during overnight hours. Xxxxxx(s), upon becoming aware of a situation that could lead to injury or property damage shall take immediate and decisive action to prevent campers/guest’s from engaging in activities or conduct that is drunken, riotous, quarrelsome, violent or disorderly, which could cause property damage and/or harm to themselves or others. Camper(s) is/are responsible for the safety and sobriety of the persons visiting the campground and will be held legally responsible for injuries and damages arising from actions which include serving someone to intoxication, serving or allowing someone who is already intoxicated, serving minors and failing to prevent impaired individuals from driving.
