Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program. Section 31-4. The Employer and the Union agree to support the DA Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program (ADAPCP) and have as their goal the early identification and rehabilitation of affected employees. Early intervention will be helpful in returning employees to full productivity.
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program. Section 27-1. a. The Employer and the Union jointly recognize that alcohol and drug problems are health problems and employees having these conditions will receive the same considerations as for other health problems. Employees are encouraged to seek assistance from the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) if they think that substance abuse is impacting on their job performance and/or personal lives.
