Alaska Law. The parties agree that this Agreement was entered into in the State of Alaska, that Alaska law will govern its interpretation and application, and that venue of any suit or other action arising out of this Agreement shall be in Alaska.
Alaska Law. This agreement is to be construed in accordance with Alaska law.
Alaska Law. This Hunting Land License Agreement is construed under and in accordance with the laws of Alaska. Landowner is to be afforded recreational use immunity to the extent provided for under Alaska law.
Alaska Law. This Agreement is controlled by Alaska law. A person or entity attempting to enforce or invalidate any portion of this Agreement, must litigate under Alaska law in Anchorage, Alaska.
Alaska Law. This lease shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Alaska and interpreted in accordance therewith.
