Airport Operation. 1) The Sponsor shall promote safe airport operations by clearing and protecting the approaches to the Airport by removing, lowering, relocating, marking and/or lighting existing airport hazards and to prevent, to the extent possible, establishment or creation of future airport hazards. The Sponsor shall take appropriate action to assure such terminal airspace as is required to protect instrument and visual operations to the Airport (including established minimum flight altitudes) will be adequately cleared and protected by preventing the establishment or creation of future airport hazards. The Sponsor shall promptly notify airmen of any condition affecting aeronautical use of the Airport.

Airport Operation. It is understood and agreed that general control over said Airport and all flying activities in connection therewith are vested by law in the City acting by and through its City Council, Committees and Officers appointed by such City Council. In the general operation of any activities conducted under the terms of this Lease, Xxxxxx agrees to comply with the Airport Rules and Regulations and all other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by the City for the use and operation of the Airport which are not in conflict with the terms of this Lease.
Airport Operation. City shall use reasonable efforts to, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, efficiently maintain and operate the Airport in an orderly, clean, neat, safe and sanitary condition and in a state of reasonably good repair consistent with airports of similar size. In addition, City will maintain and operate the Airport facilities to conform to the requirements of the FAA, TSA, and other governmental agencies and regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the Airport.
Airport Operation. Any work associated with construction and installation by Airline shall not unreasonably interfere with the operation of the Airport, or otherwise unreasonably interfere with the permitted activities of other tenants in or users of the Terminal Area. Upon completion of the approved construction and within sixty (60) days of the receipt by Airline of a certificate of occupancy, a complete set of as-built drawings shall be delivered to City in a media type and format acceptable for the permanent record of City.
Airport Operation. LANDLORD shall properly maintain, operate and manage the Grand Rapids-Itasca County Airport at all times and in a manner similar to generally accepted good practice in the State of Minnesota for airports of similar size and character. If for any reason beyond the control of the LANDLORD, including but not limited to war, strikes, riots, or natural disaster, the LANDLORD shall fail to properly maintain, operate and manage said airport, such failure shall not operate as a breach of this Lease or render the LANDLORD liable for damages.

  • Shift Operation When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-fifth (1/5) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked.

  • Direct Operation System Agency may temporarily assume operations of a Grantee’s program or programs funded under this Contract when the continued operation of the program by Xxxxxxx puts, at risk, the health or safety of clients and/or participants served by Grantee.

  • Co-operation 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this programme agreement.

  • Current Operating Areas Where logging or road construction is in progress but not completed, unless agreed otherwise, Purchaser shall, before opera- tions cease annually, remove all temporary log culverts and construct temporary cross drains, drainage ditches, dips, berms, culverts, or other facilities needed to control erosion. Such protection shall be provided, prior to end of a Normal Operating Season, for all disturbed, unprotected ground that is not to be disturbed further prior to end of operations each year, including roads and associated fills, tractor roads, skid trails, and fire lines. When weather permits operations after Normal Operating Season, Pur- chaser shall keep such work on any additional disturbed areas as up to date as practicable.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Geotechnical Services Engineer will obtain all necessary subsurface investigations, tests, reports, and perform related surveys.

  • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.

  • Petroleum Storage Systems A. At Company’s expense, Company will at all times comply with all federal, state, and local requirements, including but not limited to, the regulations of the FDEP as stated in Chapters 62-761 and 62-762, FAC, the requirements of the Federal Oil Pollution Prevention regulation found in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 112 (40 CFR part 112), as well as the requirements of the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC), as may be amended or replaced, pertaining to petroleum storage tank and piping system construction, operation, inspection, and compliance monitoring programs; release detection methods and procedures; maintenance; and preventative maintenance programs. Company will be responsible for all spillage, overflow, or escape of gases, petroleum or petroleum products, and for all fines and penalties in connection therewith. All petroleum storage systems will be registered by Company, and Company will display the registration placard as required by law.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.
