Airport Layout Plan a. Subject to the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018, Public Law 115-254, Section 163, it will keep up to date at all times an airport layout plan of the airport showing:
Airport Layout Plan. All improvements must be consistent with a current and approved Airport Layout Plan (hereinafter, “ALP”). The Sponsor shall update and keep the ALP drawings and corresponding narrative report current with regard to the FAA Standards and physical or operational changes at the airport.
Airport Layout Plan. 1) The Sponsor shall maintain a current signed/approved Airport Layout Plan (ALP) of the Airport, which shows building areas and landing areas, indicating present and planned development and to furnish the State an updated ALP of the Airport as changes are made.
Airport Layout Plan. The Sponsor understands and agrees to update the Airport Layout Plan to reflect the construction to standards satisfactory to the FAA and submit it in final form to the FAA. It is further mutually agreed that the reasonable cost of developing said Airport Layout Plan Map is an allowable cost within the scope of this project.
Airport Layout Plan. The sponsor assurances require all proposed and existing access points used to taxi aircraft across the airport property boundary to be depicted on the ALP. Sponsors with existing access are required to update their airport layout plan (ALP) to identify the locations on the airport boundary that serve as points of access for off-airport residents. A temporary designation through a pen and ink change6 is acceptable until an ALP is updated.
Airport Layout Plan. The Sponsor understands and agrees to update the Airport Layout Plan to reflect the construction to standards satisfactory to the FAA and submit it in final form to the Commission or the FAA, as described by 49 § 47107(a)(16). It is further mutually agreed that the reasonable cost of developing said Airport Layout Plan Map is an allowable cost within the scope of a project funded under this Grant Agreement, if applicable. Airport Sponsors Grant Assurance 29 further addresses the Sponsor’s statutory obligations to maintain an airport layout plan in accordance with 40 U.S.C. § 47107(a)(16).
Airport Layout Plan. An Airport Layout Plan (ALP) drawing shall be prepared in accordance with the findings, recommendations and approvals resulting from the study. The ALP shall be developed utilizing the data collected and exported into AutoCAD, Version 2014. Additionally, the ALP will be compatible with the file format currently used by the City. The Airport Layout Plan will contain the information as required in FAA Advisory Circular 150/5300-13A, and the most current FAA SOP 2.00 and SOP 3.00. The Airport Layout Plan will contain sufficient data to obtain approvals from the FAA. The Airport Layout Plan will be depicted as a black and white line drawing with color, as needed, to help differentiate the line work and hatching. Product: Preparation of an Airport Layout Plan in AutoCAD format, compatible with the file format currently used by the City of Hermiston.
Airport Layout Plan. The ALP drawing sheet will depict the overall development program for BQK. The ALP will identify existing and proposed facilities. This sheet will include Airport data tables, wind data, legend, and will conform to FAA standards as described in AC 150/5070-6B and AC 150/5300-13A. • Sheets 4-5: FAR Part 77 Airspace Surface Drawing – A drawing sheet depicting the future imaginary airspace surfaces for BQK will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 77 criteria. This drawing will be used by BQK for height zoning controls. All horizontal, conical, approach and transitional surfaces will be depicted in a plan view, along with an isometric sectional view of the airport’s airspace surfaces. These surfaces will be combined with an airport base map or USGS quadrangle maps. • Sheets 6-7: Inner Portion of the Approach Surface Drawing – Drawing plan(s) will be prepared for all existing and proposed runway thresholds depicting the Runway Protection Zones (RPZ) and approach profiles. Existing and potential obstructions to runway approach surfaces and air navigation will be identified. Topographic and obstruction information will be obtained from the best available existing data resources.
