Airport Access. Tenant has the privilege of using the public portions of the airport, such as runways and other public facilities, under such terms, ordinances, rules and regulations as now exist or may be enacted by City, and subject to charges for such use as may be established by City, by ordinance or agreement with tenant.

Airport Access. Except as set forth in the parking agreements between Landlord and the Columbus Regional Air Authority, Tenant acknowledges that it shall have no right of access to Port Columbus International Airport by virtue of this Lease. Any such access shall be pursuant to the terms of a separate agreement between Tenant and the Columbus Regional Airport Authority. In the event Tenant enters into such an agreement with the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, Xxxxxx agrees to abide by all of the terms and conditions thereof, and Tenant shall indemnify Landlord in the event of any liability to Landlord on account of Xxxxxx’s non-compliance therewith.

Airport Access. Airline shall have the right of ingress to and egress from the Airport including its Leased Premises and the public areas and public facilities of the Airport Terminal Building, for Airline’s employees, agents, contractors, passengers, guests, invitees, licensees, suppliers of materials and providers of service, and its or their equipment, vehicles, machinery, and other property; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not preclude the County from: (i) subjecting such persons to the County’s Rules and Regulations, (ii) requiring such persons to enter into an agreement with the County when such access is required on an ongoing basis, or (iii) imposing any charge, permit or license fee for the right to do business at the Airport; further provided, however, that ingress to and egress from the Airport may be conditioned on adherence to security requirements, and may be limited on temporary bases for security reasons.
Airport Access. The County may, from time to time, temporarily or permanently close or restrict specific roadways, taxiways, taxi lanes, runways, apron areas, doorways, and any other area at the Airport; provided, however, that, unless an emergency situation exists, to the extent that the County deems it practical, Airline shall be notified with regard to such closings in order to minimize the disruption of services being provided. The County shall have the right at any time or times to relocate, reconstruct, change, alter, or modify any such means of access provided for pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, either temporarily or permanently; provided that a reasonably convenient and adequate means of access, ingress, and egress shall exist or be provided in lieu thereof. The County shall reasonably notify Airline of any such action.
Airport Access. (Sound Insulation only) Homeowner shall permit the Airport, its officers, employees, agents, consultants, representatives and contractors access to all rooms on and in the Premises for purposes of inspecting, measuring, testing, constructing and otherwise undertaking any actions necessary for the Program. The Airport, its officers, employees, agents, consultants, representatives, and contractors shall provide reasonable notice to Homeowner prior to entering the Premises to conduct any Program related activities. Homeowner shall make all portions of the Premises accessible to the Airport, its officers, employees, agents, consultants, representatives and contractors from the preliminary design phase all the way through the post-construction acoustical testing phase of the Program, which may occur many months after the construction has been completed. Homeowner shall arrange access if Homeowner does not occupy the Premises, and shall identify the name, phone number, and email address in the space provided at the end of this document, the individual(s) (i.e., tenant or other occupant or agent) responsible for providing access to the premises.
Airport Access. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Termination Agreement or the Agreement, Company will continue to have use of and access to the space it occupies at the Airport under the Agreement (the "Occupied Space") for up to seven days after the Termination Date, at no cost or expense to Company, to perform such functions as may be necessary to surrender the Occupied Space to Authority, including, without limitation, disassemble equipment and remove personal property. Upon the expiration of this period, Company will surrender the Occupied Space to Authority in good condition, reasonable wear and tear, damage by fire or other casualty excepted.

Airport Access. Performers should not impede the traveling public, including blocking rights-of-way. Sound Requirements Volume restrictions are dependent on the performance location as each location has slightly different volume and performance footprint considerations. Unless otherwise specified by the Program Manager, Performer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep volume levels under 80 decibels. Performer shall observe of surrounding businesses, its audience, and passenger traffic flow to ensure the volume is appropriate. Lastly, Performer shall lower its volume during overhead announcements to ensure passenger can hear the overhead messages. Some performance areas may be in close proximity to TSA checkpoints. If TSA has a passenger/security incident, performers should stop playing immediately and wait until the incident is resolved before continuing. Content If the performances include lyrics, the lyrics shall not contain obscene, sexually explicit, social, political, religious, or racially demeaning words. Licensing / Copyright. The City has paid and maintains licenses with ASCAP, BMI and SESAC to ensure performance at the Airports. The Performer is responsible for ensuring that it has the right to perform all materials during a performance.
Airport Access. Lessee agrees that Airport gate access cards will be issued only upon successful completion of the ground vehicle driving test and cannot be loaned or given to any person other than Lessee. Lessee agrees that Airport hangar keys will be issued to Lessee and cannot be used by any person other than lessee. Duplication of Airport issued hangar keys is prohibited.
