Common use of Aircraft Types Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Types. Unless otherwise agreed by United, Contractor will provide Contractor's United Express Services with the type and amount of aircraft set forth in APPENDIX A and under the terms and conditions of ARTICLE II.B.2. The aircraft will be scheduled, taking into account heavy scheduled maintenance requirements and the spare ratio indicated in ARTICLE IV.B.2 below unless otherwise outlined in APPENDIX A.

Appendix B. The aircraft will be scheduled, taking into account heavy scheduled maintenance requirements and the spare ratio indicated in ARTICLE IV.B.2 below Article IV.A.2 below, unless otherwise outlined in APPENDIX A.Appendix B.
