Aircraft Scheduling. TIMESHAROR shall have final authority over all scheduling of the Aircraft, provided, however, that TIMESHAROR will use reasonable efforts to accommodate TIMESHAREE's requests.
Aircraft Scheduling. Domino’s shall have final authority over all scheduling of the Aircraft, provided however that Domino’s will use reasonable efforts to accommodate User’s requests.
Aircraft Scheduling. As between Operator and Lessee, Operator shall have final authority and discretion over all scheduling of the Aircraft, and Operator shall, at no time, be under any obligation to provide the Aircraft to Lessee for a particular flight or series of flights.
Aircraft Scheduling. BD shall have final authority over all scheduling of the Aircraft, including determination of which Aircraft shall be operated on a particular flight, provided, however, that BD will use its reasonable efforts to accommodate Xx. Xxxxxx’x requests.
Aircraft Scheduling. Lessor shall have final authority over all scheduling of the Aircraft, provided however that Lessor will use reasonable efforts to accommodate Lessee’s requests. Any flights scheduled under this Agreement are subject to cancellation by either party without incurring liability to the other party. In the event of cancellation, the canceling party shall provide the maximum notice reasonably practicable.
Aircraft Scheduling. 4.1 During the Term, Lessor agrees to make the Aircraft available for sublease to Lessee under this Lease at Lessee’s request, subject only to its availability and Lessor’s standard scheduling procedures.
Aircraft Scheduling. The Owner shall have final authority over all scheduling of the Aircraft. It is understood that the Owner shall not be obligated to retain or contract for additional flight crew or maintenance personnel or equipment in order to accommodate the User’s schedule requests.
Aircraft Scheduling. NPM MGMT shall have final authority over all scheduling of the Aircraft, including determination of whether the Aircraft can be made available for a particular flight, provided however that NPM MGMT will use reasonable efforts to accommodate DWA’s requests.
Aircraft Scheduling. Operator shall have final authority over the scheduling of the Aircraft, including but not limited to determining whether an Aircraft is available and, if so, which of the Aircraft shall be provided under this Agreement. Operator shall have first priority for all Aircraft and may withdraw its approval for the operation of an Aircraft for User under this Agreement or change the Aircraft to be used or recall the Aircraft if it is needed for Operator' business use. Operator shall have no liability to User or his/her invitee(s), guest(s) or any other third party if the Aircraft is or becomes unavailable, if Operator approval is withdrawn or if the Aircraft is recalled from a User flight due to a conflicting Operator requirement. This Section 6 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
