AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below ("the Guarantees") are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by a Specification Change Notices ("SCN's") for i) implementation of CFM International CFM56-5B7/P engines
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 3.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the original release of Detail Specification TBD (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. Seller reserves the right to make reasonable and appropriate adjustments to the guarantees set forth in this Part A for any configuration change or deviation from the A319-100 Standard Specification which is agreed between Buyer and Seller subsequent to the date hereof, provided that any such adjustment is made contemporaneously with such A319-100 Standard Specification change or deviation.
