Air Transportation. This Charter Flight is a JetSmarter Inc. Public Charter are operated by Sky One Holdings LLC d/b/a Privaira ("Operator"). JetSmarter reserves the right to substitute scheduled air service when necessary at no additional cost and at comparable times, and does not guarantee aircraft type or capacity. JetSmarter will make every diligent and reasonable effort to notify all Participants in the event of a schedule change. No refunds or compensation will be given for changes in aircraft type or for substitution of service to a scheduled air carrier.
Air Transportation. Initial, Terminal and Rotational Transportation Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, when the Employer supplies air transportation to remote Northern projects, the parties will establish a mutual agreement for the transportation terms and conditions for that project.
Air Transportation. ‌ The Theatre shall, at its own expense, transport the Artist from their place of residence to the Theatre and return transportation shall be by Y-class airfare, or by train or coach if air travel to the Theatre's Point of Origin is not available, unless otherwise negotiated between the Artist and the Theatre, prior to the signing of the contract. International air carriers are also subject to international air conventions limiting their liability. Seat reservations are at the discretion of the airline and may be changed at any time without notice. CRUISES/CHARTERS: If you are scheduled to partake in a cruise or charter it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aboard the vessel no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled sailing time. A&K is neither responsible nor liable if you fail to board the vessel in good time and suffer any loss as a result. Furthermore, refunds will not be given for any days which are missed as a result of such failure, or for clients who choose to leave the Cruise prematurely for any reason.
Air Transportation. TI will reimburse only for coach economy fares. Trips should be booked as far in advance as possible to qualify for special air fare promotions and discount fares; otherwise, when possible, unrestricted low-cost carriers should be used.

Air Transportation. Where the deal provides for air travel, PURCHASER shall reimburse ARTIST for four (4) (or if touring a quartet, five (5)) first class airfares from city of origin to performance city to next destination. All air tickets shall be booked by ARTIST’S designated travel agent.

If the Employer’s need, weather, or mechanical problems requires an employee to land at a different airport from that which the employee left to report for work, the Employer shall either provide transportation to the regular airport or pay the employee’s cost of transportation to such airport. Nothing in this section shall obligate the Employer to pay an employee beyond the end of his shift. The Employer is not obligated to pay overtime for delayed flights or the time it takes an employee to get to the airport from which the Employee left to report to work.
