Air Conditioner Sample Clauses
The Air Conditioner clause sets out the responsibilities and conditions related to the provision, maintenance, or use of air conditioning systems within a property or premises. Typically, this clause specifies whether the landlord or tenant is responsible for installing, servicing, or repairing the air conditioning units, and may outline standards for operation or temperature control. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity regarding obligations for air conditioning, thereby preventing disputes over comfort, repair costs, or equipment upkeep during the term of the agreement.
