AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The Employer will not aid, promote or finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining or make any agreement with any such group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Union.
AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The University will not aid, promote or finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining or make any agreements with any such group or organization regarding employees in this bargaining unit for the purposes of undermining the Union.
AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The Board will not aid, promote or finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining or make any agreement with any such group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Union.
AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The Employer agrees and shall cause its designated agents not to aid, promote, or finance any other labor or employee organization which purports to engage in employee representation of employees in this Bargaining Unit, or make any agreements with any such group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Union. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent any authorized representative of the Employer from meeting with any professional or citizen organization for the purpose of hearing its views, except that as to matters presented by such organizations which are mandatory subjects of negotiation, any changes or modifications shall be made only through negotiations with the Union. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent any individual employee from (1) discussing any matter with the Employer and/or supervisors, or (2) processing a grievance in his/her own behalf in accordance with the grievance procedure provided herein.
AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The Employer agrees and shall cause its designated agents not to aid, promote, or finance any other labor or employee organization which purports to engage in employee representation of employees in this Bargaining Unit, or make any agreements which undermine the Union with any such group or organization. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent any representative of the Employer from meeting with any professional or citizen organization for the purpose of hearing its views, except that as to matters presented by such organizations which are proper subjects of negotiation, any changes or modifications shall be made only through negotiations with the Union.
AID TO OTHER UNIONS. 5.1 The City will not aid, promote or finance any labor organization nor make any agreement with any such group for the purpose of undermining the Association.
AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The Board will not negotiate with any individual or any group representing or purporting to represent the above bargaining unit other than the Association for the duration of this Agreement.
AID TO OTHER UNIONS. 6-1 The University will not for the purpose of undermining the Union aid, promote, or finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining nor make any agreement with any such group or organization. UNION SECURITY
AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The City will not aid, promote or finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining or make any agreement with any such group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Union.
AID TO OTHER UNIONS. The Board shall not enter into any collective bargaining agreement with any employee covered by this Agreement or with any other labor organization on behalf of employees during the term of this Agreement.
