Common use of Aid Allowance Clause in Contracts

Aid Allowance. An Employee being the holder of a First Aid Certificate and nominated by the Employer to be an accredited First Aid Attendant shall be paid a weekly allowance of $15.01. Where the Employer requires an Employer to obtain a first aid attendant qualification (St Xxxx Ambulance standard or equivalent), the Employer will supply the training and reimburse the Employee for any approved out-of-pocket expenses associated with the training when that Employee attains the qualification.
