Agreement Xxx 0000. (2) If the Company makes all necessary arrangements with Hamersley Iron Pty. Ltd. for the construction of such a jetty and facilities as an extension to the northern end of the said service wharf then the Company may construct such jetty and facilities provided that the State has first approved of the specifications therefor and the State shall issue a license therefor under the provisions of the Jetties Xxx 0000.
