Agreement Xxx 0000. (2) After the 1st day of April 1994, except for the production of iron ore in accordance with the approval of the Minister of the 5th day of March 1993 the Joint Venturers shall not produce iron ore under this Agreement unless there is an approved production limit under this Clause.
