AGREEMENT VARIATION. 9.1 This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and arrangements of whatever nature and sets out the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties relating to the services.
AGREEMENT VARIATION. Any variations to the content of this AGREEMENT, whether with respect to Scope of Works, Agreement Price, Period or any other parts of this AGREEMENT shall bind TELKOM and PARTNER if it expressly made in writing and agreed by TELKOM and PARTNER by providing and signing an amendment to this AGREEMENT.
AGREEMENT VARIATION. 7(1) The provisions of this Agreement may be varied by agreement in writing between the Minister and all State Ministers.
AGREEMENT VARIATION. 34.1.1 NZ Health Partnerships may at any time give written notice to the Provider proposing a variation to this Agreement, other than the Fees (“Agreement Variation Proposal”).
AGREEMENT VARIATION. The terms of this Agreement may be varied, where such variation is agreed between the parties to this Agreement and approved by Fair Work Australia in accordance with section 207 of the Fair Work Xxx 0000 (as amended).

AGREEMENT VARIATION. We shall have the right at any time, by giving you at least three months prior notice in writing, to vary these standard terms and conditions (including clauses 4 and 5) and such variation shall take effect from the date specified in the notice.
AGREEMENT VARIATION. This Agreement can be varied at any time by the submission of a written notice of variation by any Participant to the Leadership Team. The notice must set out the variation proposed and details of any amendments to be made as a consequence to the provisions of this agreement the date on which the variation is proposed to take effect the impact of the variation on the achievement of the ICS Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (as set out in Schedule 9.4) and any impact on any Services Contracts The ICS Leadership Team must consider the notice of variation and can accept, modify or reject the notice. If accepted it must be signed by all parties and will form part of this agreement. If rejected the ICS Leadership Team must set out the reasons for rejection.
AGREEMENT VARIATION. Any of the terms of this Agreement may be varied, where such variation is agreed between the parties to the Agreement and approved by the Australian Industrial Relations Commission pursuant to s.170MD of the Workplace Relations Xxx 0000 (as amended). AGREEMENT VARIATION. If any provision xx xhis Agreement (including items incorporated by reference) is declared or found to be illegal, unenforceable, or void, then both FHKC and INSURER shall be relieved of all obligations arising under such provisions. If the remainder of this Agreement is capable of performance, it shall not be affected by such declaration or finding and shall be fully performed. In addition, if the laws or regulations governing this Agreement should be amended or judicially interpreted so as to render the fulfillment of the Agreement impossible or economically infeasible, both FHKC and INSURER will be discharged from further obligations created under the terms of this Agreement.
