Common use of Agreement to Lease Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Lease. Lessor hereby agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee, and Lessee hereby agrees to lease the Aircraft from Lessor, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Lease.

Agreement to Lease. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease, Lessor hereby agrees to will lease the Aircraft to Lessee, Lessee and Lessee hereby agrees to will take delivery of and lease the Aircraft from Lessor, on Lessor in accordance with the terms and subject to Lease for the conditions set forth in this Leaseduration of the Term.
