Common use of Agreement to Cooperate Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Cooperate. Following the termination of Employment, the Grantee will cooperate with the Company, without additional compensation, on matters within the scope of Xxxxxxx's responsibilities during employment. The Company agrees to reimburse reasonable out-of-pocket expenses the Grantee incurs in connection with such assistance. The Company agrees it will make all reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to the Grantee's other commitments.
