Agreement Terms and Conditions. A. The parties mutually agree that the terms and conditions of this contract represent agreement between the parties hereto. This Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from or modified only through negotiations. This agreement shall be incorporated by reference into the employee’s individual employment contract and shall prevail in the event of conflict between the two.
