Common use of Agreement Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Agreement Terms and Conditions. The undersigned student has been assigned housing for the 2020-2021 Academic Year. Please complete, sign, and return this Agreement to Pace University (the “University”). Upon the University’s receipt of this signed University Housing Agreement, it establishes a legally-binding Agreement between the student/student’s parent or guardian (if applicable), and the University. Non-payment of tuition and fees will result in forfeiture of housing.
