Common use of Agreement Supersedes Clause in Contracts

Agreement Supersedes. This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, among the Parties, in relation to matters dealt with in this Agreement. There are no representations, warranties or conditions to this Agreement except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

Agreement Supersedes. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between and among the Parties, pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement, and, except as expressly provided, this Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between or among the Parties, in relation Parties with respect to matters dealt with in the subject matter of this Agreement.
