Agreement Supersedes. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents a composite of all previous agreements, if any, reached to date and that hereafter, this Agreement is the only agreement between the parties with respect to the matters contemplated by this Agreement, and shall supersede and replace any discussion letter or form of Agreement, oral or written, which may exist as of the date of execution and delivery of this Agreement.
Agreement Supersedes. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, or practices of the BOARD, which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms.
Agreement Supersedes. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings by and between the Employee and the Employers and of any Affiliates of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, attorneys, agents, or representatives, including any Severance Agreement, Employment Letter, Employment Terms, Non-Disclosure Agreement and /or Employment Agreement, and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, respecting the subject matter hereof; there are no representations, warranties or other commitments other than those expressed herein.
Agreement Supersedes. This Agreement represents a composite of all previous agreements, if any, reached to date and that hereafter, this Agreement and the Employee Confidentiality Agreement, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Schedule “B”, are the only agreements between the parties with respect to the matters contemplated by this Agreement, and shall supersede and replace any discussion letter or form of Agreement, oral or written, which may exist as of the date of execution and delivery of this Agreement.
Agreement Supersedes. This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, among the Parties, in relation to matters dealt with in this Agreement. There are no representations, warranties or conditions to this Agreement except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
Agreement Supersedes. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, policies, regulations or practices of the Board which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. It shall likewise supersede any contrary or inconsistent terms contained in any individual teacher agreements heretofore in effect. All future individual teacher agreements shall be made expressly subject to the terms of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement shall be incorporated into and be considered part of the established policies of the Board.
Agreement Supersedes. This Agreement shall supersede any written rules, regulations, policies or resolutions of the District which are contrary to its expressed terms.
Agreement Supersedes. Nothing in this Exhibit B is intended to conflict with any provision of the Agreement of which this Exhibit B forms a part and, in the event of any such conflict, the applicable provision of the Agreement of which this Exhibit B forms a part shall supersede the conflicting provision of this Exhibit B. Nothing in this Exhibit B is intended to limit or restrict in any manner whatsoever, the rights or powers of the Company under the Agreement of which this Exhibit B forms a part and the exercise of any such right or power by the Company shall not be, and shall not be construed to be, a breach or violation of, or a default under, this Exhibit B or any provision hereof.
Agreement Supersedes. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all 30 pertinent statutes, rules, and regulations over which it has the authority to supersede and 31 replace. Where this Agreement is silent, the provisions of applicable law will prevail. 32 33 ARTICLE 12
Agreement Supersedes. If the attachments and exhibits to this Agreement conflict with the terms of the Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall supersede such conflicting terms in the attachments and exhibits. Exhibit J
