Common use of AGREEMENT RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENT RENEWAL. Notwithstanding any provision in the Agreement to the contrary, the Agreement may not be renewed except upon mutual written agreement signed by authorized representatives of Customer and Vendor. Should the parties agree to renew the Agreement, Vendor may increase its fees by no more than three (3) percent at the start of each renewal term with ninety (90) days’ prior written notice to Customer.
