Each time the Friends Partnership Agreement is up for its 5-year renewal, the Project Leader and the Friends Executive Director or President will also meet to review, modify, and sign this supplemental agreement. The template Friends Partnership Agreement is approved by the Service’s Solicitor’s office. Regional Solicitor review is not required unless the scope of the changes to the template is significant enough to require such a review. The Regional office determines if additional Regional Solicitor review is necessary. To become effective, the Regional Director (or his/her designee) must review, approve, and sign the agreements.
