AGREEMENT PERIOD. Upon signature by the State, the Agreement shall be effective from the Start Date until the End Date on page 1. The State shall have no responsibility to provide funding to the Grantee for project work performed except between the Start Date and the End Date specified on page 1. Expenditures made by the Grantee prior to the Start Date or after the End Date of this Agreement are not eligible for payment under this Agreement.
