Common use of Agreement of the Lender Clause in Contracts

Agreement of the Lender. The Lender, relying upon each of the representations and warranties set out in Clauses 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 of this Supplemental Agreement, hereby agrees with the Borrowers and the Guarantors, subject to and upon the terms and conditions of this Supplemental Agreement and in particular, but without limitation, subject to the fulfilment of the conditions precedent set out in Clause 4, to:
