AGREEMENT NOTICE. 1. After the parties to an agreement have agreed to its contents, the public agency involved shall publish a notice containing a summary of the agreement in the official newspaper of each county of the state reasonably expected to be affected by the agreement. The notice must also be published in any newspaper of general circulation for the benefit of the members of any tribe affected by the agreement. The notice must also be posted plainly at the tribal office of any tribe affected by the agreement and in the county courthouse of any county affected by the agreement. The notice must state that the public agency will hold a public hearing concerning the agreement upon the request of any resident of the county in which the notice is published if the request is made within thirty days of the publication of the notice.

AGREEMENT NOTICE. In the event that the Independent Contractor enters into this Agreement by electronic means through the AGI Financial's website or by email, Independent Contractor hereby agrees and consents that this Agreement shall be legally binding upon Independent Contractor's estate, heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns. Electronic delivery may be in the form of an email, an electronic mail attachment, or in the form of an available download from the AGI Financial website. Independent Contractor represents that Independent Contractor will download the relevant document promptly after receiving notice of its availability. Should Independent Contractor experience any difficulty opening a document electronically delivered by AGI Financial, Independent Contractor will promptly advise AGI Financial in order to allow AGI Financial to make the required delivery by other means. Failure to advise AGI Financial of such difficulty within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery shall serve as an affirmation that Independent Contractor was able to receive and open said document.
AGREEMENT NOTICE. With respect to each Authorized Third Party engaged by Licensee under this Agreement, Licensee shall enter into a written agreement with such Authorized Third Party that is consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement prior to engagement of such Authorized Third Party under this Agreement, and Licensee shall notify Gilead of such agreement in writing within thirty (30) days thereafter. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any agreement between Licensee and such third party, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
