Common use of Agreement Modifications Clause in Contracts

Agreement Modifications. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto. Any amendments to this Agreement or its attachments shall be effective only when they are reduced to writing and duly signed by both parties. No waiver, consent, modification, or change of terms of this Agreement shall bind either party unless in writing and signed by both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all amendments created solely to incorporate new laws, rules, guidelines, or policies adopted by authorities providing funding to CONTRACTOR through Worksystems shall bind both parties if signed by only Worksystems.
