Agreement in Force. This Agreement shall continue in full force until a new Agreement is signed and in place.
Agreement in Force. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, all terms and provisions of the Agreement, as assigned, shall remain and continue in full force and effect.
Agreement in Force. Except as amended hereby, all of the provisions of the Existing Employment Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect. Upon the effectiveness hereof, each reference in the Existing Employment Agreement to "this Agreement," "hereunder," "hereof," or words of like import referring to the Existing Employment Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Employment Agreement.
Agreement in Force. This Charge shall remain in force until the Indebtedness is settled in full.

So long as (i) in the case of DMPC, EPI is ------------------ timely complying with the arbitration procedures set forth in Sections 16.2- 16.6, or (ii) in the case of EPI, DMPC is timely complying with the arbitration procedures set forth in Sections 16.2-16.6, the rights and obligations of the parties shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the terms of this Agreement during any arbitration proceeding hereunder.
Agreement in Force. Except as specifically modified or amended by this AMENDMENT, the AGREEMENT, continues in full force and effect. It is specifically acknowledged that no rights to CUBIST compounds are provided by this AMENDMENT, nor are any rights to information supplied by MERCK to CUBIST relating to such CUBIST compounds included in this AMENDMENT.
