Common use of Agreement in Conflict Clause in Contracts

Agreement in Conflict. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Employer or its representative which may conflict with the terms of this Collective Agreement.

The Union agrees that there shall be no soliciting by any of its members of individual members of the Board in respect to rates of pay, working conditions, or any other matter covered by this Agreement.
