AGREEMENT FLEXIBILITY. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, a school and an individual employee may agree to vary the application of certain terms of this Agreement to meet the genuine needs of the employer and the employee as provided in Schedule C. However, for such an agreement to take effect, the agreement must result in the employee being better off overall than would have been the case if no flexibility agreement was entered into between the employee and the school. A copy of the signed agreement will be provided to each party within fourteen days of the agreement being signed. Part 2—Consultation and Dispute Resolution
