Common use of Agreement Extension Clause in Contracts

Agreement Extension. The maximum term for this Agreement is six (6) years from January 1, 2011. This Agreement will expire no later than December 31, 2017. The Agreement can be terminated as specified in Section 6.10 et seq. of these terms and conditions. The Procurement Officer may exercise the Division’s option to extend or renew the Agreement by unilateral Agreement amendment; a written amendment signed by both parties shall not be necessary. The Division has no obligation to extend or renew this Agreement.
