Agreement Expiration Date. This Agreement, and any Task Orders issued hereto, is valid and binding for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the Agreement’s effective date unless terminated earlier in accordance with Article 11. The Parties may elect to extend the term by executing a formal written amendment to this Agreement.

Agreement Expiration Date. “Agreement Expiration Date” is and means the date the Agreement ceases to be in force and effect. The Agreement expires upon the occurrence of one of the following: a) the Loan is repaid in full or required part, including accrued interest, court costs and any penalties; b) the Agreement is terminated by the Department due to any default under Article X; c) no disbursement of VAAPFAP funds has occurred within the twenty four months immediately following the Award Date; or d) if the Agreement includes only a Forgivable Loan, at the Project Completion Date during which the Business remains a viable operation.

Agreement Expiration Date. The language of the Agreement between the parties shall be effective for the period from July 1, 2012 to midnight June 30, 2015. The parties agree to meet before the expiration of Agreement and negotiate in good faith to reach a new Agreement. Board Policy and District Guidelines will govern in the absence of a binding Agreement or when the Agreement does not address an issue. Subject to the language of Article IX (WAGES), a two- year Classification and Wage plan for FYs 13 and 14 is contained in Appendices A and B. The plan shall be effective from July 1, 2012 to midnight June 30, 2014. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the District and the Union, and supersedes all prior Agreements, practices and understandings, whether oral, or written, between the parties. Agreement Expiration Date. All reimbursable expenses must be incurred before December 31, 2014. The expiration date of this Agreement is January 31, 2015, which is the final date for submitting invoices to SACOG, and the date when all projects funded in the 2011-13 Program funding cycle must be completed. Reimbursement will be made as outlined in Sections 1.a., 1.f. and Section 3.
