Agreement Expenses. Each of the parties shall bear their own expenses in connection with the transactions covered or contemplated by this Agreement, and each represents and warrants to the other that there is no broker, agent or other person entitled to compensation or a fee in connection with this Agreement or with the transactions contemplated hereby, except such fees or compensations as each of the parties is hereby representing and warranting that it is exclusively liable to pay.
Agreement Expenses. The expenses of this Agreement and its administration shall be borne by the Company. d.
Agreement Expenses. The Company agrees that it shall reimburse the Executive for his attorney's fees and legal expenses in the negotiation, review and drafting of this Agreement up to the amount of $3,500.00. The Executive shall be responsible for any such expenses in excess of $3,500.00.
Agreement Expenses. The Company and the Tenant shall bear the stamp duty expenses for this agreement, if any, in equal shares.
Agreement Expenses. Each of the Parties will pay their own expenses and ------------------ legal fees incurred before the execution of this Agreement.
Agreement Expenses. Each of the Sponsors shall be reimbursed by the Company for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) incurred by such Sponsor in connection with and related to the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement.
Agreement Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for reasonable legal fees incurred incident to the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement subject to a cap of $12,500.
Agreement Expenses. The parties agree to bear their respective expenses, incurred or to be incurred in negotiating and preparing this Agreement and in closing and carrying out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Agreement Expenses. Employee has been represented by counsel on the subject of this transaction. The Company shall advance to Employee amounts necessary to reimburse legal fees incurred by Employee in the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement, which fees shall not exceed $7,000. Such amount advanced to Employee by the Company shall be deducted from the monthly base compensation of Employee in two equal deductions, commencing on October 1, 1999.
Agreement Expenses. The Company will also reimburse, promptly upon presentation of invoices, Executive’s expenses for legal or other advisors incurred in the review, negotiation, finalization and implementation of this Agreement and any other agreements and ancillary documentation in connection herewith, provided that such reimbursement amount shall not exceed $35,000 in the aggregate.
