Agreement Expenses. Each of the parties shall bear their own expenses in connection with the transactions covered or contemplated by this Agreement, and each represents and warrants to the other that there is no broker, agent or other person entitled to compensation or a fee in connection with this Agreement or with the transactions contemplated hereby, except such fees or compensations as each of the parties is hereby representing and warranting that it is exclusively liable to pay.
