Agreement Documents, Order of Precedence. This Agreement consists of the following documents, which are listed in descending order of precedence. In the event of a conflict between two or more of these documents, the language in the document with the highest precedence shall control. This Agreement without Exhibits Exhibit A Definitions Exhibit B Terms and Conditions Exhibit C Program Requirements Exhibit D Provider Requirements Exhibit E Funding Exhibit F Service Tracking in JJIS Exhibit G Service Plan All exhibits by this reference are hereby made part of this Agreement. Exhibits A-F are attached; Exhibit G is not attached but will be on file with County and OYA. The parties, by signature of their authorized representative, hereby acknowledge that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
