Common use of Agreement Binding Upon Successors and Assigns Clause in Contracts

Agreement Binding Upon Successors and Assigns. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors by operation of law, but the rights and obligations of the Partners hereunder shall not be assignable, transferable or delegable except as expressly provided herein, and any attempted assignment, transfer or delegation thereof that is not made in accordance with such express provisions shall be void and unenforceable
