AGREEMENT AND VARIATIONS. This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements or understandings or representations by or between the Parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement, and the Parties will not be entitled to rely, in any dispute regarding this Agreement, on any terms, conditions or representations not expressly contained in this Agreement. No variation of or addition to this Agreement will be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by or on behalf of the Parties.   • Amendment and variation 16.1 No amendment or variation to this Contract shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by or on behalf of each of the parties hereto. The Contractor shall comply with any formal procedures for amending or varying contracts that the Department may have in place from time to time.

  • WAIVER AND VARIATION 13. No waiver or variation of this Parent Agreement shall be of any force unless such waiver or variation is agreed upon in writing and signed by an authorised representative of each of the Parties.

  • Amendments and Variations No amendment to or variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of both Parties. The Agreement can be amended in compliance with the provisions of Article 61 of the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.

  • Entire Agreement and Variation 21.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, negotiations, arrangements and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Contract.

  • CHANGE ORDERS AND AMENDMENTS A. Any alterations, additions, or deletions to the terms of this Agreement, which are required by changes in federal or state law or by regulations, are automatically incorporated without written amendment hereto, and shall become effective on the date designated by such law or by regulation.

  • AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATION 14.1 Any change in the terms of this Agreement shall be valid only if the change is made in writing, agreed and signed by the Parties.

  • Amendment and Modification This Agreement may only be amended, modified or supplemented by an agreement in writing signed by each party hereto.

  • Variations to This Framework Agreement 32.1 Variation in General

  • F3 Variation F3.1 The Authority may from time to time during the Contract Period, by written notice to the Contractor, request a variation of the Contract provided that such variation does not amount to a material change to it. Such a change is hereinafter called a “Variation”.

  • ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATIONS This Agreement along with its Annexes contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter covered herein. It supersedes all prior understandings between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Subject to any new regulations/orders stipulated by the TRAI/MIB or any order of a court/tribunal of appropriate jurisdiction, any modification, variation, alteration and amendment of the provisions of the Agreement shall be mutually agreed in writing and executed by and on behalf of the Parties.
