Common use of Agreement and Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Agreement and Effective Date. As of the Effective Date, CRISP and Participant hereby agree that (i) Participant will have the rights and obligations relating to the use of the HIE set forth in the Agreement; and (ii) CRISP will make the HIE available and fulfill the other obligations of the Agreement, subject to scheduled and unscheduled downtime as set forth in the Policies and Procedures.

As of the Effective Date, CRISP and Participant hereby agree that (i) Participant will have the rights and obligations relating to the use of the HIE and the Direct CRISP Services set forth in the Agreement; and (ii) CRISP will make the HIE and the DirectCRISP Services available and fulfill the other obligations of the Agreement, subject to scheduled and unscheduled downtime as set forth in the Policies and Procedures.
