Common use of AGREEMENT ADMINISTRATOR Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENT ADMINISTRATOR. For purposes of this Agreement, City designates Xxxxxx Xxx as the Agreement Administrator who shall monitor Consultant’s performance under this Agreement. All notices, invoices or other documents shall be addressed to the Agreement Administrator, as well as all substantive issues relating to this contract. City reserves the right to change this designation upon written notice to Consultant.
