AGREEMENT ADMINISTRATOR. The Agreement Administrator will administer the Agreement for performance and payment, and will decide all questions which may arise as to quality and acceptability of the work, rate of progress, definition of work to be performed, completion of milestones, and acceptable fulfillment of the Agreement. The Consultant shall address all correspondence, make all requests, and deliver all documents to the Administrator. The Administrator shall be responsible for the timely coordination of all reviews performed by the State or their representatives.

AGREEMENT ADMINISTRATOR. The Agreement Administrator for the City will be the Presiding Judge or his/her designee. The Agreement Administrator will oversee performance of this Agreement, audit xxxxxxxx, and approve payments. The Attorney will submit reports, notices, requests, and other correspondence to the Agreement Administrator.
