Agreed standards, codes of conduct and certifications.  The National Contact Tracing Centre, which is run by NHS National Services Scotland (NSS), uses a Case Management Service (CMS) to manage the details of individuals who are contacted by contact tracers. The CMS leverages an existing platform (ServiceNow) used within NSS. These tools are cloud based SaaS’ (Software as a service) namely ServiceNow Customer Service Management Module and also an 8x8 Virtual Call Centre (VCC) and Virtual Office (VO). Both systems are integrated to make up the overall CMS solution and provide the telephony capability for Contact Tracers to communicate with individuals, which is two-way, through use of outbound and inbound calls. Microsoft Azure is the NSS’s cloud environment that hosts the active directory which is used to authenticate users of CMS. The CMS has a completed data protection impact assessment which details information about system security policies and other policies that support the CMS. This is available on request from Information Security and Governance of NSS Digital & Security directorate.  Public Health Scotland and NSS are not required to comply with ISO 27001, but with the NHS Scotland Information Security Policy which is in line with ISO 27001. NSS Digital and Security, which powers PHS data security, is regularly audited to ensure compliance with the policy.  Police Scotland complies with a security policy and a standard operating procedure.

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the LHIN or the MOHLTC will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.

  • Codes of Conduct The Recipient shall maintain written standards of conduct governing the performance of its employees engaged in the award and administration of contracts. No employee, officer, or agent shall participate in the selection, award, or administration of a contract supported by public grant funds if a real or apparent conflict of interest would be involved. Such a conflict would arise when the employee, officer, or agent, any member of his or her immediate family, his or her partner, or an organization which employs or is about to employ any of the parties indicated, has a financial or other interest in the firm selected for an award. The officers, employees, and agents of the Recipient shall neither solicit nor accept gratuities, favors, or anything of monetary value from contractors or parties to subcontracts. The standards of conduct shall provide for disciplinary actions to be applied for violations of the standards by officers, employees, or agents of the Recipient.

  • SUPPLIER STANDARDS OF CONDUCT Accenture is committed to conducting its business free from unlawful, unethical or fraudulent activity.   • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • Codes and Standards Under the various sections of the specifications, where reference is made to specific codes or standards governing the installation of specified items, installation shall in all cases be in strict accordance with the referenced codes and standards. Where no reference is made to specific codes or standards, installation shall conform to the generally recognized applicable standards for first-class installation of the specific item to be installed. Contractors are expected to be proficient and skilled in their respective trades and knowledgeable of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the current edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) and its referenced technical codes and standards, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and other codes and standards applicable to installations and associated work by its trade and/or that are applicable to the Work.

  • Standards of Conduct Whenever the Member is required or permitted to make a decision, take or approve an action, or omit to do any of the foregoing, then the Member shall be entitled to consider only such interests and factors, including its own, as it desires, and shall have no duty or obligation to consider any other interests or factors whatsoever.
