Aggressive Pets. Pets determined to be aggressive or otherwise difficult will be charged an extra handling fee of $15.00 per day. Should your dog injure a staff member, customer or another dog, you will be held liable and responsible for any costs incurred. If we are unable to handle your pet(s) we reserve the right to request that you make alternate care arrangements for your pet immediately.
Aggressive Pets. Although All Valley Animal Resort cares for all pets, Kennel reserves the right to immediately change your pet’s type of boarding if we believe it is necessary to protect the health and well-being of your pet, other pets and/or our staff. Owner agrees to pay any additional costs associated with this change. Xxxxxx also reserves the right to refuse service or ask a pet to not return if he or she exhibits aggressive behavior. Such determinations will be made at the sole discretion of Kennel. The Owner further agrees to be responsible for any and all acts of behavior of pet while in the care of Xxxxxx and will be held liable for any harm, injury or property damage caused by pet. Abandoned Pets. A pet that is unclaimed for ten (10) days beyond his or her scheduled discharge (check-out) date is considered abandoned and will become the property of All Valley Animal Resort. At Xxxxxx’s sole discretion may rehome your pet or relinquish your pet to a shelter or rescue of Xxxxxx’s choice. You fully understand and agree that if you abandon your pet, you may be unable to retrieve possession of your pet and will have no recourse against Xxxxxx. Every effort will be made to contact Owner if abandonment becomes an issue. If, for any reason, the pet is not going to be picked up on the scheduled dismissal date, Owner shall contact Xxxxxx to make arrangements to extend the pet’s stay and will pay the additional charges based upon the aforesaid nightly rate. Aggressive Pets. If a pet has a history of biting or other aggressive behavior, THE PET SITTER reserves the right to refuse or cancel service. The owner will be liable for the pet sitter’s medical expenses and/or damages that are the result of an animal bite or injury due to pet’s aggressive behavior.
Aggressive Pets. Aggressive pets are not permitted in Lucky Pets. If my pet acts aggressively or exhibits unacceptable behavior, as solely determined by Lucky Pets, he/she may be quarantined or be removed from the facility. Lucky Pets will use reasonable efforts to consult with me about aggression and ways to address it, however, aggressive pets may be barred from Lucky Pets. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Lucky Pets.

If my pet acts aggressively or exhibits unacceptable behavior, he/she may be isolated from other pets. I authorize Sunset Acres to use squirt bottles, citronella spray, and in extreme cases, muzzles to control my pet for the protection of other pet guests and humans.

Although WAHPR loves all pets, I understand that aggressive pets are not permitted to attend WAHPR and if my pet acts aggressively or exhibits unacceptable behavior he/she may be separated from the other pets. In the event my pet is sharing a space with another pet and needs to be separated, I understand I will be held responsible for any additional Boarding charges accrued. WAHPR will use reasonable efforts to consult the pet's parents about aggression and ways to address it, however aggressive pets may be asked not to return to WAHPR. Such determinations shall be made at the sole discretion of WAHPR.

Aggressive Pets. We will not transport any pet that requires a muzzle or other restrictive device. Our driver and animal-handlers reserve the right to refuse transport of any pet that displays any signs of aggression Cat / Dog bites can be dangerous and require medical attention. Due to the serious nature of the bites, drivers and animal handlers will not place cats / aggressive dogs in their travelling crates or chase them upon arrival. It is important that all pets on board trust the driver and handler. The owner / seller is hereby obligated to place the animal themselves in the travelling crate
