Aggregated Data. Anonymous, aggregate information, comprising financial account balances, other financial account data, or other available data that is collected through your use of the Services, may be used by us and our service providers to conduct certain analytical research, performance tracking and benchmarking. Our service providers may publish summary or aggregate results relating to metrics comprised of research data, from time to time, and distribute or license such anonymous, aggregated research data for any purpose, including but not limited to, helping to improve products and services and assisting in troubleshooting and technical support. Your personally identifiable information will not be shared with or sold to third parties.
Aggregated Data. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Xxxxx shall have the right to collect and analyze data that does not refer to or identify Agency or any individuals or de-identifies such data and other information relating to the provision, use and performance of various aspects of the Services and related systems and technologies (including, without limitation, information concerning Agency Data and data derived therefrom). For the sake of clarity, Aggregated Data is compiled anonymous data which has been stripped of any personal identifying information. Agency acknowledges that Flock will be compiling anonymized and/or aggregated data based on Agency Data input into the Services (the “Aggregated Data”). Agency hereby grants Flock a non- exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right and license (during and after the Service Term hereof) to (i) use and distribute such Aggregated Data to improve and enhance the Services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes, other Flock offerings, and crime prevention efforts, and (ii) disclose the Agency Data (both inclusive of any Footage) to enable law enforcement monitoring against law enforcement hotlists as well as provide Footage search access to law enforcement for investigative purposes only. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth herein. Flock shall not sell Agency Data or Aggregated Data.
Aggregated Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary under the Agreement, App Xxxxx may, if applicable, use information derived, in whole or in part, from Customer Data that does not identify the Customer or any individual (“Aggregated Data”). For the avoidance of doubt, Aggregated Data shall not be considered “Customer Data” as defined in the Agreement. App Xxxxx may use Aggregated Data for its business purposes.
Aggregated Data. Subject to applicable data privacy laws and the confidentiality provisions in this MLSA, Customer agrees that Snow may collect and use aggregated and deidentified data derived from Customer’s use of the Products solely to provide and improve the Products.
Aggregated Data. Licensor shall only collect anonymous and aggregate data regarding usage of the Licensor Products and not any personal or Customer Confidential Information or that of any of its users. Further, Licensor may use the anonymous and aggregated data collected for diagnostic, technical and related information, including non-personal information related to Customer's device, computer, system, application software, or peripherals to facilitate the provision of Support, Maintenance and compliance verification, and otherwise to improve the Licensor Products and delivery of related services.
Aggregated Data. We monitor the performance and use of the Platform by our customers and collect data in connection therewith (the “Usage Data”). We may combine this Usage Data with other data (including anonymized elements of the Subscriber Content), and use such combined data, or a subset thereof, in an aggregate and anonymous manner (the “Aggregate Data”). You hereby agree that we may collect, use, publish, and vend such Aggregate Data; provided, however, that such usage shall not, directly or indirectly, identify you or your Authorized Users or contain your Confidential Information.

Flock shall have the right to collect, analyze, and anonymize Agency Data and Agency Generated Data to create Aggregated Data to use and perform the Services and related systems and technologies, including the training of machine learning algorithms. Agency hereby grants Flock a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right (during and after the Term hereof) to use and distribute such Aggregated Data to improve and enhance the Services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes, other Flock offerings, and crime prevention efforts. Parties understand that the aforementioned license is required for continuity of Services. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth herein. Flock does not sell Aggregated Data.

Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Flock shall have the right to collect and analyze data that does not refer to or identify Customer or any individuals or de-identifies such data and other information relating to the provision, use and performance of various aspects of the Flock Services and related systems and technologies (including, without limitation, information concerning Customer Data and data derived therefrom). Customer acknowledges that Flock will be compiling Aggregated Data based on Customer Data and Non-Customer End User Data input into the Flock Services. Customer hereby grants Flock a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right and license (during and after the Service Term hereof) to use and distribute such Aggregated Data to improve and enhance the Services and for other marketing, development, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with the Flock Services and other Flock offerings. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth herein.
Aggregated Data. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Altruist shall have the right to compile, distribute, and otherwise exploit aggregated data derived from the Platform, the Services and the Software. Such aggregated data shall be appropriately redacted by Altruist and shall not identify Advisor or any Client.
Aggregated Data. Customer understands and agrees that Snow may collect and use aggregated and deidentified data derived from Customer’s use of the Products solely to provide and improve the Products.
