Aggregate Stop-Loss Insurance. Insurance coverage purchased by MACo PCT to cover losses borne by the joint risk management pool to the extent that they, in the aggregate, exceed a pre-established amount during the period of the policy. This insurance provides coverage for loss in a policy period in excess of the pre-established amount specified in the aggregate stop loss insurance policy, up to the limits of the policy.
