Common use of Agents of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Agents of the Trust. The Master Collateral Agent hereby acknowledges that it has been advised that any agent of the Trust may act on behalf of the Trust hereunder for purposes of all consents, amendments, waivers and other actions permitted or required to be taken, delivered or performed by the Trust, and the Master Collateral Agent agrees that any such action taken by an agent on behalf of the Trust shall satisfy the Trust’s obligations hereunder.
