Common use of Agent's Fee Clause in Contracts

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to those certain letter agreements between inter alia, the Agent and the Borrower, each dated July 3, 2000, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent's Fee. Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, Agent for its own account, the all fees agreed (including any fees pursuant to by Section 2.2.8) pursuant to that certain fee letter agreement dated December 24, 1997, between the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to those certain letter agreements between inter aliaAgent, the Agent and the Borrower, each dated July 3, 2000, or as otherwise agreed amended from time to timetime (the "Agent Fee Letter").

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees Borrowers agree to pay to the AgentAgent and the Arranger, for its their own accountrespective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to those certain letter agreements between inter aliaBorrowers, the Agent and the BorrowerArranger pursuant to the letter agreement dated March 19, each dated July 32002, 2000, among such parties or as otherwise agreed to from time to time.. 10.14

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to those that certain letter agreements between inter aliaagreement dated March 29, the Agent and the Borrower, each dated July 3, 2000, 2002 or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to those that certain letter agreements between inter aliaagreement dated June 6, the Agent and the Borrower1995, each dated July 3, 2000, or as otherwise agreed amended from time to timetime in a writing executed by the Borrower and the Agent.

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the AgentAgent and the Arranger, for its own accounttheir respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to those certain letter agreements between inter aliaBorrower, the Agent and the BorrowerArranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated May 12, each dated July 3, 20002005, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to those that certain letter agreements between inter aliaagreement dated October 15, 2004 (which letter agreement the Borrower and Agent acknowledge remains in full force and effect on the Borrower, each dated July 3, 2000date hereof), or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent's Fee. The In order to compensate the Agent for its obligations hereunder, the Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, Agent for its own account, account the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to those certain set forth in a separate letter agreements agreement between inter alia, the Agent and the Borrower, each Borrower dated July February 3, 2000, or as otherwise agreed from time to time1998.

Agent's Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for its own account, the fees agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent pursuant to those that certain letter agreements between inter aliaagreement dated November 12, the Agent and the Borrower, each dated July 3, 20001999, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
